Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
  • prior administrative experience preferred but not required
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems

Job Duties

  • Serve as the "Director of First Impressions" by greeting visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism while providing accurate information and direction
  • answer and direct phone calls, monitor emergency systems, and respond promptly to resident and guest needs with a high level of customer service
  • support administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, handling mail, and coordinating with maintenance or other departments as needed
  • assist the Sales and Activities teams by helping with event coordination, guest arrangements, and preparation of marketing materials
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area, present a professional appearance, and stay informed about community events to keep residents and guests engaged
  • support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices
  • foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members
