Job Duties
- Serve as the "Director of First Impressions" by greeting visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism while providing accurate information and direction
- answer and direct phone calls, monitor emergency systems, and respond promptly to resident and guest needs with a high level of customer service
- support administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, handling mail, and coordinating with maintenance or other departments as needed
- assist the Sales and Activities teams by helping with event coordination, guest arrangements, and preparation of marketing materials
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area, present a professional appearance, and stay informed about community events to keep residents and guests engaged
- support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices
- foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members
