The role we offer within The Alida is a senior leadership position focused on overseeing the financial performance and strategic fiscal operations of our property. As a pivotal member of the management team, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will play a critical role in steering the hotel toward its revenue goals by ensuring that financial strategies align closely with service excellence standards and operational needs. This leader understands that revenue growth stems from meeting and surpassing guest service standards and collaborates closely with the operations team and other departments to provide the necessary financial support and insights that foster success.
The role demands ownership and pride in the financial responsibilities, managing everything from budgeting and forecasting to overseeing the financial systems and leading the financial and data teams. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. They will be adept at managing multi-entity forecasts and budgets and have proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite and extensive financial planning and analysis platforms.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis preferably within hospitality
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with large-scale FP&A software

- Prior experience as a director of financial planning and analysis
- prior experience in management
- experience working with multi-entity/shared services forecasts/budgets

- Oversee the overall accounting and financial management
