Job Requirements

- fluency in Japanese is a plus

Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of the events and banquet departments
- coordinate corporate events, weddings, receptions, and social celebrations
- drive sales revenue and achieve financial goals
- ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
- lead and mentor a team of event professionals
- manage client relationships and ensure seamless event execution
- represent the hotel at industry events to promote its facilities
