Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of audio-visual experience
  • 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience
  • 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live show environment
  • Proficiency with computer hardware
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet software
  • Effective leadership abilities
  • Customer satisfaction focus
  • Valid driver's license for team members operating company vehicles

Job Duties

  • Manage efficient and profitable operations with focus on revenue maximization and cost control
  • Achieve financial goals by managing labor, equipment sub-rentals, and other costs
  • Utilize operational and financial reports and complete standard and ad hoc reports accurately and timely
  • Coordinate invoicing activities and ensure timely payment processing
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and participate in business review presentations
  • Review and manage location profit and loss statements and develop action plans
  • Perform daily floor operations including scheduling, setup, and strikes
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper functioning of equipment and services
  • Anticipate and address equipment challenges professionally
  • Maintain inventory control and ensure safety and quality assurance
  • Share labor and equipment efficiently within local market
  • Attend operational venue meetings
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to create sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales proposals
  • Support customer event experience through site visits and planning meetings
  • Collaborate with vendors and company departments to capture and service events
  • Understand event cost structure for profitability
  • Maintain accurate customer information in CRM system
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and emerging technology
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
  • Oversee personnel assisting with event execution
  • Monitor events and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Enforce employee and venue standards
  • Oversee technical troubleshooting and guide technicians
  • Act as onsite technical expert when needed
  • Promote culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Manage team performance, staffing, and development
  • Provide coaching and training on standards and systems
  • Recommend training opportunities for team members
