Job Requirements
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must sign the Statement of Faith
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Some college is preferred
- A Charis Bible College graduate is preferred
- Must be trustworthy to uphold the ministry vision and execute plans as directed
- Must pass all required checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Some college preferred
- Charis Bible College graduate preferred
- 2+ years of proven project management or comparable experience
- PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of general management and leadership experience with a project team
- Relevant experience using Project Management software is a plus
- Experience in business systems and/or marketing is an asset
- Proven ability to successfully complete complex projects involving multiple teams, a budget, and time constraints
Job Duties
- Provide direction and training for the Event Managers
- Assign and oversee workload to Event Managers and monitor progress on their events
- Hold team meetings to collaborate and provide leadership to the Event Managers, Tech Support and Event Support as needed
- Hold regular major stakeholder project meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks and identification of current issues to plan and manage events from start to finish
- Communicate with major stakeholders, workgroups, and vendors as necessary to keep projects on track for planned completion dates and within defined parameters
- Identify potential risks, constraints, or other failure points in projects and communicate those to the Senior Director
- Proactively identify additional stakeholders as necessary within event planning and successfully onboard them to the project
