Experience in project management software, business systems, or marketing is also beneficial. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the signing of the Statement of Faith, and alignment with the ministry vision are essential. The ministry prefers candidates who have completed some college education or are graduates of Charis Bible College. Trustworthiness, discretion in handling sensitive information, and a high level of initiative and proactiveness are critical traits for success.

Andrew Wommack Ministries offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, voluntary life and disability insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, life assistance programs, accident and hospital coverage, ID Shield, Legal Shield, and telehealth services.
