- 10 plus years of management experience in high-volume, multi-site distribution centers
- Recruiting and motivating hundreds of employees
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus

Job Duties
- Guide all aspects of day-to-day multi-site warehouse operations to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance
- Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 700 plus warehouse employees and managers to deliver unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping
- Work with company leaders on strategic planning, big-picture decisions and business initiatives
