Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in foodservice or culinary management, preferably in a fine dining setting
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and purchasing controls
- Experience with high volume food production and catering
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to implement and manage culinary programs effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Job Qualifications
- BS, hospitality or culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice or culinary management in a fine dining setting or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
Job Duties
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
- Possess extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Provide full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
- Lead and manage a team of dining associates
- Ensure superior quality of food offerings and excellent client satisfaction
