Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of culinary experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants or hotels
  • Proven executive leadership experience including at least 5 years as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
  • Experience with new restaurant openings and team leadership
  • Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and P&L management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX with relocation assistance provided
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities of honesty, integrity, humility and professionalism
