Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 10+ years of culinary experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants or hotels
- Proven executive leadership experience including at least 5 years as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
- Experience with new restaurant openings and team leadership
- Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and P&L management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX with relocation assistance provided
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities of honesty, integrity, humility and professionalism
