Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain consistency in flavor, execution, plating, garnish, texture, and overall guest experience
  • Continuously improve presentation standards for buffets, plated dinners, cocktail hours, stations, and desserts
  • Lead kitchen managers, chefs, prep teams, and event culinary staff with professionalism and accountability
