Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area

Job Duties

  • Develops, facilitates, and coordinates Club Membership program
  • manages reactive and proactive membership sales efforts
  • provides leadership to membership sales associates
  • maintains and distributes database of members and prospects
  • participates in sales calls to acquire new business
  • executes operational aspects of booked business
  • interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service
  • empowers employees to provide excellent customer service
