- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area

Job Duties
- Develops, facilitates, and coordinates Club Membership program
- manages reactive and proactive membership sales efforts
- provides leadership to membership sales associates
- maintains and distributes database of members and prospects
- participates in sales calls to acquire new business
- executes operational aspects of booked business
- interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service
- empowers employees to provide excellent customer service
