The role of Director of Catering & Events is a pivotal leadership position within this esteemed establishment. This individual will oversee the entire wedding and corporate events team, ensuring the flawless planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of upscale events. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic event initiatives aimed at revenue growth, brand enhancement, and elevating guest satisfaction. In addition to leading a high-performing events team through recruitment, training, and mentorship, the Director will cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to deliver highly personalized and memorable experiences.

This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills who can manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and complex event logistics efficiently. The Director of Catering & Events will be a key collaborator with internal marketing and promotional teams to maximize event visibility and impact. Compliance with health, safety, and operational standards will be carefully monitored under their guidance to ensure every event runs smoothly and to the highest standards. This position offers a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance bonuses or profit sharing, paid time off, 401k, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and pet insurance. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event management
