Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience
- Alternatively, a 4-year college degree with at least 2 years of related experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in hotel management and sales software systems

Job Duties
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the Catering and Conference Services Managers to ensure effective sales activities and excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing accounts and attract new business, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded
- Oversee all sales-related activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up, and sales administration to maximize revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the catering and conference services team
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to catering and conference sales performance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster repeat business and a positive reputation
