LifeWorks Restaurant Group, an independently operated division of Aramark, is a premier hospitality company dedicated to redefining corporate dining experiences. Known for its innovative approach, LifeWorks offers bespoke culinary and hospitality solutions tailored to the unique needs of high-profile corporate clients. The group prides itself on creating elevated dining experiences that go beyond food service to embody luxury, precision, and excellence in hospitality. Through a team of forward-thinking culinary and service professionals, LifeWorks transforms corporate dining into sensory experiences that enhance company culture and client engagement. LifeWorks not only manages food service but also provides comprehensive solutions that include space design, marketing, and branded culinary programs, ensuring transparency and collaboration with clients from inception to delivery.
The Food Service Director role at LifeWorks Restaurant Group is a dynamic and leadership-oriented position that oversees all culinary and hospitality operations within a corporate executive dining setting. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards and innovative edge that define LifeWorks’ brand. The Director will lead catering and dining services, ensuring seamless execution of events and operations that match the luxury and precision expected by the clientele. Key responsibilities include coordinating total catering operations, managing event bookings, supervising staff, menu development, pricing, staffing, and administrative duties. The Director also plays a vital role in marketing and business growth by implementing comprehensive marketing plans, developing new catering solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.
In addition to operational oversight, the Food Service Director is tasked with ensuring compliance with food safety and occupational safety standards, monitoring financial performance, and leading a team to consistently meet sales, food quality, and labor objectives. This role requires strategic thinking and a hands-on leadership style to innovate and implement best practices in catering and executive dining. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, catering, and hospitality leadership, underpinned by excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible, event-based hours. Certifications in food handling and alcohol service are necessary, and physical demands may include lifting, standing, and use of personal protective equipment.
Joining LifeWorks Restaurant Group means becoming part of a company committed not only to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences but also to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. As a division of Aramark, LifeWorks aligns with a larger mission devoted to service, sustainability, and positive community impact. The Food Service Director position represents an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to elevate their career in a vibrant, fast-paced, and highly respected hospitality organization where talent development, innovation, and client satisfaction are at the forefront.
