Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in booking or event management
- Demonstrated success in event negotiations and securing high-profile events
- Extensive network and strong relationships within the event promotion industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in event booking or venue management
- Proven track record of successful event bookings and contract negotiations
- Strong industry relationships and understanding of event operations, touring logistics, and revenue modeling
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Proactively secure and negotiate major events that align with the venue's strategic and financial goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international promoters, rights holders, and partners
- Oversee all aspects of the booking process from initial interest through contract negotiation and event confirmation
- Identify new event opportunities and support the development of innovative, first-time stadium programming
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure the success of booked events
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales presentations
- Provide direction to the Booking Coordinator and support the overall strategy of the Booking Department
