Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive bar and beverage management experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple team members effectively
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and revenue optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Compliance with federal and state laws including FLSA tip regulations
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for prolonged periods
Job Qualifications

- 7-10 years of bar and beverage experience
- Previous hotel experience luxury or Forbes experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Champion a guest-centric approach ensuring all bar operations deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
- Lead the development implementation and continuous evolution of innovative and profitable beverage programs including cocktail menus wine lists beer selections and non-alcoholic offerings
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets managing budgets and controlling costs labor inventory supplies
- Implement promotional activities and events to drive sales and enhance guest engagement
- Analyze sales data inventory reports and financial statements to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement
- Address guest feedback concerns and complaints promptly and effectively turning potential issues into opportunities for positive engagement
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the leadership teams and by ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
- Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards operational procedures and health and safety regulations
