Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of banquet event management experience preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
- Ability to operate all necessary computer equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift carry and move up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work a diverse schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead motivate coach and develop banquet leadership and line staff to maintain Four Seasons standards
- Oversee daily banquet operations including setup service and breakdown for all functions and events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary Stewarding Sales Catering and Food and Beverage teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Manage labor and operating expenses through strategic scheduling forecasting and inventory control
- Partner with Catering and Food and Beverage leadership to review event performance and identify service enhancements
- Support hands-on service for high-profile or VIP events as needed
