Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in banquet management or a related hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

- Knowledge of banquet setup and event execution

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in managing large events or teams
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers
- Lead the team with motivation and direction and assure that all standards of quality are in place
- Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests' needs at the attendance of an event
- Participate in good communication with guests with questions regarding the menu
- Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests as needed to assist the team
- Assist other servers during peak periods in delivering food and guest requests
- Train others on serving plated and reception style meal services (training provided)
- Anticipate guests' needs and monitor the guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Oversee setup, execution, and clean-up for an event
- Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
- Assure all service areas are always kept clean and safe
