Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in banquet or event management
- bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- availability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- background check and drug testing clearance
