Job Requirements
- 5+ years of international airfreight sales experience
- Strong understanding of the Transpacific Eastbound market
- Deep knowledge of carrier networks and pricing strategies
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across global teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of international airfreight sales experience
- Strong exposure to the Transpacific Eastbound market
- Deep knowledge of air carriers, transit options, rate structures, and trade dynamics
- Proven commercial acumen with ability to collaborate across global teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow global airfreight volume and profitability on the TPEB lane
- Partner with regional and global sales teams to win and retain key accounts
- Act as the TPEB airfreight subject matter expert, guiding pricing strategy, carrier relationships, and customer solutions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize trade lane performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies proactively
- Manage and develop a high-performing team focused on TPEB airfreight growth
- Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
