Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of international airfreight sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the Transpacific Eastbound market
  • Deep knowledge of carrier networks and pricing strategies
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of international airfreight sales experience
  • Strong exposure to the Transpacific Eastbound market
  • Deep knowledge of air carriers, transit options, rate structures, and trade dynamics
  • Proven commercial acumen with ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow global airfreight volume and profitability on the TPEB lane
  • Partner with regional and global sales teams to win and retain key accounts
  • Act as the TPEB airfreight subject matter expert, guiding pricing strategy, carrier relationships, and customer solutions
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize trade lane performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies proactively
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team focused on TPEB airfreight growth
  • Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
