The role of Director, Network Products at Virtuoso is a key leadership position responsible for acting as the primary advocate and voice for Virtuoso’s supplier Partners within the company’s product organization. This pivotal role involves ensuring that Partner needs, unique perspectives, and commercial realities are thoroughly understood and holistically represented in product strategy, AI innovations, and sales enablement efforts. The Director steers the Partner Product portfolio across various verticals, including Hotels & Alliances, Cruise & Destinations, UHNW & Air, and Technology Products. The focus is on how Partners are represented and create value within Virtuoso’s platforms, ensuring a seamless and impactful presence in the network’s digital ecosystem.
In collaboration with Global Partner Relations (GPR) and Regional General Managers, the Director ensures Partner-facing products and AI-powered analytics deliver measurable return on investment (ROI), performance metrics, and clearly demonstrate the benefits of Virtuoso membership in every Partner engagement. The position commands leadership over a team of Product Managers focused on different Partner verticals, guiding them with strategic direction, prioritization, and professional development, while upholding consistent product standards and a unified Partner narrative.
This role demands proficiency in advocating for Partner interests, facilitating sales enablement through data-driven ROI storytelling, and driving AI capabilities that deliver actionable, trustworthy insights. The Director will own the global product roadmap while balancing regionally nuanced needs, integrating Partner feedback to innovate within a high-value sales channel. The position is also expected to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, Commercial teams, Engineering, and Data groups to align messaging, insights, and AI development with strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate for the Director, Network Products will be a seasoned product leader with significant B2B or supplier-facing experience, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to navigate and shape AI-driven landscapes. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing a diverse portfolio and a team, thriving in a global matrixed organization, and fostering collaborative relationships across a complex ecosystem. This opportunity offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan. Virtuoso is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. Candidates should expect domestic and occasional international travel of 10-15% to maintain partner relationships and facilitate cross-regional collaboration.
