The community prides itself on a holistic approach to active living, combining beautiful amenities, well-maintained facilities, and a strong sense of community spirit.

We are currently seeking a Director of Food and Beverage (F&B) to join our leadership team and oversee all aspects of the Food and Beverage department within SaddleBrooke Two. This crucial role entails responsibility for managing two distinct dining venues and banquet facilities that serve both members and their guests. The Director will play an integral part in maintaining and elevating the community's dining experiences by ensuring exceptional quality, service, and operational excellence.

This position carries ultimate responsibility for the Food and Beverage operations, including the strategic development, monitoring, and review of a combined $3 million expense budget. The Director will lead a team including executive chefs, management, and front-line employees with a focus on maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and customer service. Additionally, the Director will implement effective systems and processes to manage inventory, reduce losses, control costs, and foster positive relations with community members. Collaboration is key, as this role works across departments such as Lifestyle, Theater, and Golf to enhance food and beverage services for all community activities.

A core part of the Director's duties involves ongoing engagement with the HOA committees and board members to address and resolve various F&B-related concerns. This leadership position also includes hiring, training, coaching, and appraising the Food and Beverage management team, ensuring all staff operate safely and deliver outstanding dining experiences. Flexibility in work hours is required, as the restaurants operate 363 days a year with some weekend and holiday shifts, typically concluding by 9 pm.

This full-time exempt salaried role offers an opportunity to be part of a reputable and highly regarded community dedicated to excellence and resident satisfaction. Enjoy career growth in a supportive environment that values effective leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to quality hospitality services. Join SaddleBrooke Two and contribute your skills to a community that blends luxury living with active, engaged lifestyles.
