Director, Fare & Revenue Programs

The Director of Fare & Revenue Programs at SMCTD is a key leadership role responsible for directing all fare-related programs across multiple agencies within the District, including SamTrans, Caltrain, the San Mateo County Transportation Authority, and the 101 Express Lanes Joint Powers Authority. This full-time executive position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and commands a team of 10 professionals, including managers overseeing fare program operations and revenue management. The Director plays a crucial role in shaping fare strategies, managing fare media, systems, and administration, as well as ensuring seamless revenue accounting and reporting.
