Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of audio visual experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of audio visual equipment in a live show environment
  • Must be able to successfully complete Level 3 Skills training
  • Proficiency with computer hardware
  • Proficiency with computer software and programs including Internet and Microsoft Office
  • Effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus
  • Valid driver's license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels and provide outstanding customer service
  • Service events and act as a point of escalation when needed
  • Identify key issues and decision makers to influence contract renewal and facilitate planning efforts
  • Consult with Venue Sales Leadership on sales strategies
  • Participate in business review presentations
  • Manage efficient and profitable operations focusing on revenue maximization and cost control
  • Achieve financial goals by managing labor, equipment rentals, and other costs
  • Utilize operational and financial reports and submit accurate billing and sales forecasts
  • Direct daily floor operations including scheduling, equipment setup, and strikes
  • Ensure equipment and services meet client specifications and brand standards
  • Anticipate and address equipment challenges professionally
  • Maintain inventory control and ensure safety and quality assurance
  • Share labor and equipment efficiently within the local market
  • Attend operational venue meetings
  • Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve equipment and software issues
  • Act as solo on-site technician when necessary
  • Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue including upselling and cross-selling
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Attend site visits and planning meetings to support events
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to capture and service events
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
  • Oversee personnel assisting with event execution
  • Manage team performance, staffing, and development
  • Provide coaching and training on company standards and systems
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
