Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • effective leadership skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of market trends and customer service standards
  • ability to manage sales database

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 4 years relevant experience

Job Duties

  • Develops, facilitates, and coordinates Club Membership program
  • manages property’s reactive and proactive membership sales efforts
  • provides leadership to membership sales associates
  • maintains database of members and prospects
  • achieves personal sales goals
  • works collaboratively with off-property sales channels
  • participates in sales calls to acquire new business
  • executes operational aspects of booked business
  • identifies new business opportunities
  • understands market trends and competitor analysis
  • provides leadership in guest hospitality
  • empowers employees to deliver excellent customer service
  • interviews and hires employees
  • develops and implements orientation and training programs
  • utilizes available training tools
