Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
- effective leadership skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of market trends and customer service standards
- ability to manage sales database
- capacity to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 4 years relevant experience

Job Duties
- Develops, facilitates, and coordinates Club Membership program
- manages property’s reactive and proactive membership sales efforts
- provides leadership to membership sales associates
- maintains database of members and prospects
- achieves personal sales goals
- works collaboratively with off-property sales channels
- participates in sales calls to acquire new business
- executes operational aspects of booked business
- identifies new business opportunities
- understands market trends and competitor analysis
- provides leadership in guest hospitality
- empowers employees to deliver excellent customer service
- interviews and hires employees
- develops and implements orientation and training programs
- utilizes available training tools
