As a Sales Manager at Safe Haven Security, you will play a critical leadership role by managing and coaching a team of Outside Sales Representatives who focus on selling ADT's core residential products. This role requires spending approximately 70% of your time in the field actively leading and supporting the sales team and 30% in the office managing administrative and strategic tasks. Your leadership will set the tone for your team's success through hands-on involvement, from interviewing and hiring new sales representatives to providing continuous training, coaching, and motivation. You will oversee daily activities including lead assignments, sales tracking, and team development to ensure peak performance. A portion of the role involves conducting team huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions, which are vital for building confidence and maintaining high motivation among the sales force.
The Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining personal sales targets, demonstrating leadership through active participation in the field, and conducting ride-alongs with new hires and sales representatives who need additional support. Collaborating closely with Regional Sales Management, you will implement strategies to control attrition and drive consistent revenue growth. The position requires strong communication skills to motivate the team via phone and group chats effectively. The work schedule includes office hours from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and field hours from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm, designed to optimize teamwork and market coverage.

- Three plus years of outside sales experience
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- ability to operate laptops and tablets efficiently
- strong leadership and motivational skills
- reliable personal vehicle for travel within assigned territories

Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred
