The Culinary and Nutrition Assistant Manager role at American Village Assisted Living offers an exciting leadership opportunity within this respected organization. Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience as Culinary Manager
  • Certification in Dietary Manager Course or associate’s degree in culinary or hospitality management
  • Current and valid ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certificate
  • Demonstrates compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence toward residents, family members, customers, and staff

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in culinary or nutrition management
  • Certification in Dietary Manager Course or associate's degree in culinary or hospitality management
  • ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certificate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
