Job Requirements
- Ability to greet and engage guests warmly
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time shifts
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of menu and beverage items
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests
- Manage reservations efficiently
- Coordinate seating arrangements with waitstaff
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and to-go orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining areas
- Buss and reset tables as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management
