Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours and shifts
- adherence to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years prior experience in a customer service, food service, or retail position preferred
- able to work well with others as well as excel independently
- time management skills and task focused in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills and the ability to read, write, communicate effectively
- must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift
Job Duties
- Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station
- greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates
- provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing
- cashier duties may include operating a POS, accept payment for food and beverage purchases
- assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering
- escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
- clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas
- may be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
