The manager is also charged with setting an exemplary standard for guest relations and intra-department communication.

This position includes responsibilities such as overseeing daily shift operations, acting as the supervising authority in the absence of the Director of Restaurants or Restaurant Manager, and maintaining open communication with the Chef and Restaurant Manager regarding food quality and service performance. It demands a proactive approach to managing restaurant policies, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, training initiatives, and budget objectives.

The salary for this management role ranges between $55,000 and $60,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this position in maintaining operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
