The role of Dining Services Director / Executive Chef at Charter Senior Living Naugatuck is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire Dining Services Department. This role involves establishing and maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer service, and operational productivity within the department. The Dining Services Director / Executive Chef must ensure that staffing levels and food supply inventories are managed efficiently while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in dining services management within assisted living or similar settings
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call availability
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
