Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain quality standards within the Dining Services Department
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and manage food and supply inventories
  • Work within budget guidelines to control costs
  • Oversee food preparation and serving techniques
  • Implement and enforce kitchen sanitation standards
  • Promote personnel development and training programs
  • Conduct regular on-site visits for assessments
  • Be available on call as required and delegate nursing tasks appropriately
