Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years supervisory or supportive experience in hospitality-related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to stand and walk 90% of the workday
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to see, hear, speak, read, and write in English

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years supervisory or supportive experience within fine dining, clubs, hotels or similar industries
  • Proven computer and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Well organized
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, peers, and supervisors

Job Duties

  • Supervises dining venues in the absence of the Director of Food & Beverage
  • Assists with staffing, scheduling, and training staff
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Manages point-of-sale (POS) systems including meal counts, reservations, and sales
  • Participates in cost control and inventory management
  • Tracks and processes accounts payable
  • Submits company purchase card reconciliations
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Drafts and distributes departmental communications
  • Prepares meeting agendas, written summaries, and schedules meetings
  • Maintains records and filing systems
  • Coordinates and plans events in collaboration with other departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned
