Job Requirements
- Completion of high school education or above preferred
- cooking experience required
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- ability to function as a team member
- availability to work a minimum of five shifts per week
- flexibility to work different days and shifts
- passing a criminal background check and drug screening
- verification of employment and credentials

- knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- experience in upscale dining and recipe execution preferred
Job Duties
- Fulfilling a la carte orders for dining room service
- sees that all orders are plated accurately
- has knowledge of the daily menu and portion control
- works closely with management regarding customer concerns
- performs food prep and short order cooking
- follows basic food recipes
- assists the sous chef and executive chef with inventory and ordering
- sets up and breaks down food service areas post meal
