We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Dining Services Assistants/Dietary Aides. This role is instrumental in supporting all dining services functions to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our residents. As a Dining Services Assistant, you will work diligently to ensure every meal meets the highest standards of quality and care, recognizing that dining is not just about nourishment but also about comfort, companionship, and enjoyment. The position is designed for individuals who embrace person-centered care and understand the significance of treating our community as a true home. Responsibilities in this role include assisting with meal preparation, serving food in accordance with dietary guidelines, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
