They are currently seeking a Server to join the team at The Huntington Club, one of their flagship properties. This role plays a vital part in delivering outstanding service within a fine dining setting, focusing on attention to detail and member satisfaction. The Server is a frontline ambassador who ensures every guest feels welcomed and attended to from the moment they are seated until their departure. This position demands the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and requires excellent interpersonal skills, wine knowledge, and cocktail service experience. The Server’s responsibilities also include managing orders accurately, overseeing customer payments, maintaining the dining area’s cleanliness, and collaborating closely with other team members such as bussers and kitchen staff to guarantee seamless service. Compensation for this role is competitive, with an hourly wage starting at $16.90 plus tips, along with benefits including CA Paid Sick Leave, a 401k Retirement Plan, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
