Century Golf Partners Management operates Bear Creek Country Club, a prestigious private golf and country club located in the scenic Cascade foothills. Bear Creek Country Club prides itself on blending a welcoming atmosphere with high standards of excellence, creating a cherished home-away-from-home for its members and an employer of choice for hospitality professionals. \n\nThe Dining Server position at Bear Creek Country Club is a critical role responsible for being the front-line ambassador of the club’s dining services. This role requires delivering polished, attentive, and highly personalized service to members and their guests. The ideal candidate must possess a natural hospitality instinct, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. The server plays a vital role in crafting memorable dining experiences that reflect the club’s culture, emphasizing genuine care, comfort, and world-class service standards. This position offers an hourly wage of $20 plus gratuity, estimated at an annual range of $15,000 to $25,000, along with valuable benefits including the use of club facilities, holidays, team outings, referral programs, professional development opportunities, and a team member meal program. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Some dining server experience
Able to read, write and communicate effectively
Food handler certification and alcohol server certification
Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English

Job Qualifications

Prior serving experience in a restaurant, club, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred
Strong guest-service mindset with a passion for hospitality and teamwork
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Members, guests, and teammates
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer tools
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced service environment
Private club experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Provide friendly, professional, and attentive table service to Members and guests in accordance with club service standards
Greet Members promptly, present menus, explain offerings, and answer questions regarding food and beverage selections
Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the club’s point-of-sale system
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation, accuracy, and quality
Maintain table appearance throughout the dining experience, including clearing courses, refilling beverages, and resetting place settings as needed
Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the Member experience, including menu features, beverages, wine pairings, desserts, and after-dinner offerings
Monitor Member satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns, escalating issues to management when appropriate
