Job Requirements

must be at least 15 years old
able to read and write at a 9th grade level
willing to work flexible schedules including weekends
able to produce a negative drug test
pass background check as required
physically capable of performing essential functions of the job

Job Qualifications

ability to read and write at a 9th grade level
strong interpersonal and communication skills
passion for working with older adults
ability to work effectively in a team environment
prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
basic understanding of health and safety standards

Job Duties

serve meals during breakfast lunch and dinner with a smile on your face and attention to residents' needs and preferences
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service
provide friendly and respectful interaction with all residents
assist residents with meal choices and special dietary needs
follow all health and safety guidelines in food handling
adapt to flexible schedules including weekdays and some weekends
