We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Dining Servers to join our team at Brightview Senior Living. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences that enhance the quality of life for our residents. The position is dynamic and requires a genuine passion for serving others, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team setting. As a Dining Server, you will be the face of the dining experience, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming and clean dining environment, and assisting with meal presentation and dietary compliance.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.50 to $16.75, reflecting the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. As a Dining Server, you will be responsible for promptly and courteously attending to resident and guest needs by accurately taking and delivering orders. You will set up and clean dining areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere before and after meal times. Additionally, you will assist the kitchen staff with meal preparation and presentation, adhering to dietary restrictions and special resident requests. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining and food preparation areas according to health and safety guidelines is a critical part of this role. Your interactions with residents will help create a warm, social dining environment, where you will pay close attention to their preferences and feedback. You will also support inventory management by stocking and organizing supplies and participate in staff meetings and training sessions aimed at improving service quality. This position requires resilience and physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods and performing tasks that require manual dexterity.
