The Server 1 role at Invited is essential to delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests while upholding Invited's renowned service standards. This position focuses on consistently applying the three key steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, ensuring every interaction leaves a memorable impact. The Server 1 helps create a seamless dining experience by working closely with other team members and supporting the overall operations of the dining area. This role involves greeting members by name, understanding the à la carte menu including specials and daily features, handling orders efficiently, and responding to guest concerns promptly using service recovery techniques. The Server 1 also maintains cleanliness, organization, and complies with safety guidelines to promote a safe and pleasant environment for all. This position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager.

Beyond daily food and beverage duties, the Server 1 plays an active role in assisting fellow employees and management to achieve smooth club operations and outstanding member satisfaction. This includes completing assigned side work, participating in daily briefings, and embracing opportunities for professional growth.
