Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

The Dining Room Server is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service directly
This role ensures guests receive timely, accurate, and courteous service in line with company standards while maintaining cleanliness and communication with relevant departments
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Ensure strict compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures of the company
Keep the manager updated on any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions that may require attention
Satisfactorily finish safety training and obtain essential certifications
Guarantee that the uniform and personal presentation of individuals are clean and reflect a professional image
Ensure the protection of company assets while upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information
Extend a courteous acknowledgment and welcome all visitors based on the company's guidelines
Prepare to meet guests' needs and assist individuals with disabilities by offering necessary support
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Build and maintain a network of positive working alliances with others in your field
