Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- ensure strict compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures of the company
- keep the manager updated on any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions that may require attention
- satisfactorily finish safety training and obtain essential certifications
- guarantee that the uniform and personal presentation of individuals are clean and reflect a professional image
- ensure the protection of company assets while upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information
- extend a courteous acknowledgment and welcome all visitors based on the companys guidelines
- prepare to meet guests needs and assist individuals with disabilities by offering necessary support
- speak with others using clear and professional language
- build and maintain a network of positive working alliances with others in your field
- foster a collaborative environment within the support team to achieve mutual objectives, demonstrate attentive listening and appropriate responses to the concerns raised by colleagues
