This position is suited for a motivated individual eager to grow their career in the restaurant industry. The Dining Room Supervisor will foster professional relationships with both managers and subordinates, promoting a collaborative and respectful work environment. With a focus on team leadership and operational excellence, this role supports Waterman Grille's mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences that combine quality, warmth, and efficiency.

Compensation for the Dining Room Supervisor ranges competitively from $23 to $26 per hour. The role requires a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and some holidays to accommodate the dynamic nature of the restaurant business. Waterman Grille also offers a comprehensive benefits package including RI/MA sick leave, generous 401(k) matching, employee ownership opportunities, and a variety of employee perks such as significant dining discounts, assistance programs, and referral bonuses. Depending on annual hours worked, additional health and wellness benefits may be available, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and more. This role is more than a job—it's an opportunity to be part of a 100% employee-owned company that values investment in its team and shared success.
