The company has consistently been recognized as a certified Great Place To Work for seven consecutive years, a testament to its dedication to employee satisfaction and an outstanding workplace culture. Legend Senior Living integrates compassionate care with engaging, supportive environments designed to enhance the quality of life for seniors. This dedication to excellence extends beyond resident care to include a focus on nurturing and empowering its staff members. The company offers a range of benefits that prioritize health, financial security, and work-life balance, making it a sought-after employer in the senior living industry.

The role of Dining Room Supervisor at Legend Senior Living is pivotal in maintaining the exceptional dining experience the community is known for. As a Dining Room Supervisor, the successful candidate will oversee dining room operations and play a key role in coordinating effective food service that supports the wellbeing and satisfaction of residents. This supervisory position is responsible for ensuring that dining staff provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service consistent with Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards. Duties include direct supervision of dining room employees, managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, and assisting in service delivery when necessary. The Dining Room Supervisor is also tasked with guaranteeing that the dining environment remains clean, well-stocked, and welcoming by overseeing the setup and maintenance of tables, chairs, floors, and service areas.

Furthermore, this role requires the supervisor to communicate special food requests, meal concerns, and other resident feedback promptly to relevant team members to ensure a responsive and resident-centered dining experience. The position offers various bonus opportunities, including incentives for employee referrals, recognition programs like Employee of the Month or Year, and rewards linked to resident tours and move-ins. Applicants can expect competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, a company-paid life insurance policy, voluntary insurance options, a 401(k) plan with a company match, paid time off, holiday pay, a scholarship program, and annual performance evaluations with potential raises.

Legend Senior Living fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employee contributions are valued and professional growth is encouraged. The Dining Room Supervisor plays an essential role in this culture by supporting dining team members, promoting standards of service excellence, and contributing to an environment where both residents and employees thrive. Potential candidates should be prepared to work evenings and weekends as required and understand that the company upholds a drug-free workplace policy with screening conducted at its discretion. Overall, this position offers a rewarding opportunity for experienced food service supervisors who are passionate about leadership, hospitality, and making a meaningful impact in senior living.
