We are currently seeking dedicated Dining Room Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be key in delivering exceptional dining experiences by serving restaurant-style, farm-to-table cuisine to our residents in a courteous and timely manner. Your role includes greeting residents and their visitors at the table, serving beverages and meals with care and accuracy, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. In addition, you will assist with room service deliveries, table bussing, resetting for subsequent meals, and other side work and cleaning tasks as assigned. This position requires a warm personality, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine love for serving seniors.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Job Duties

  • Greeting residents and their visitors at the table
