Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work weekends and all major holidays
- Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Must have 2-3 years prior fine dining experience
- High degree of service orientation, positive attitude and ability to multi-task
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Outstanding people skills

Job Duties
- Must be passionate about food and beverage and dedicated to providing unparalleled hospitality to all of our guests
- Responsible for coordinating an entire station and communicating with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that satisfies guest
- Greet guests and present with menu
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverages and service
- Take orders from guests, relay to kitchen and bartender as appropriate
- Serve courses from the kitchen and service areas promptly ensuring accuracy of order
- Observe diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with food and service
- Respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed
- Total bill, present and accept payment
- Perform assigned sidework before and after shift
