Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience handling cash and operating POS systems is a plus

- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Present menu options and answer questions about dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks timely while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Check in with guests during their meal to address any needs or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process guest payments accurately and thank them sincerely for their patronage
