Job Duties

  • Apply CHEERS philosophy at every table
  • Greet guests promptly with a cheerful introduction and set expectations
  • Prioritize guest experience over task completion
  • Engage guests through friendly conversation
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs such as refills, pacing, and special requests
  • Manage section flow and communicate with hosts and service managers
  • Process payments efficiently with gratitude and invite guests to return
  • Guide guests through the menu and highlight signature items
  • Make thoughtful suggestions and upsell based on guest preferences
  • Identify and adapt service to first-time guests and regulars
  • Share guest insights with team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Perform opening and closing duties punctually
