Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS philosophy at every table
- Greet guests promptly with a cheerful introduction and set expectations
- Prioritize guest experience over task completion
- Engage guests through friendly conversation
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs such as refills, pacing, and special requests
- Manage section flow and communicate with hosts and service managers
- Process payments efficiently with gratitude and invite guests to return
- Guide guests through the menu and highlight signature items
- Make thoughtful suggestions and upsell based on guest preferences
- Identify and adapt service to first-time guests and regulars
- Share guest insights with team members
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Perform opening and closing duties punctually
