Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position
- Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience is preferred
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in the on-site restaurant
- Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
- Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages are always ready
- Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations within the Belmont Village community
- Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables, ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
