The role of Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living is an integral position focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience to seniors within the Assisted Living community. This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $19, with no tips included, reflecting the company's commitment to fair and transparent compensation. The typical work schedule includes shifts from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays, as well as longer shifts from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm on Wednesdays, and additional shifts during weekends. - Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position
- Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience is preferred
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in the on-site restaurant
- Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
- Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages are always ready
- Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations within the Belmont Village community
- Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables, ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
