The role of Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living is a vital position within the Assisted Living community. This part-time role offers a competitive wage of $19 per hour, with no tips involved, for shifts primarily in the evenings and weekends. The Dining Room Server is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering an exceptional dining experience during meals and special events. The position requires working closely with the Dining Room Coordinator and fellow servers to provide attentive, personalized table service. In this role, the server is expected to take accurate orders, make menu recommendations, and ensure timely and professional delivery of food and beverages, while maintaining proper presentation and temperature standards.

- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position
- Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience is preferred
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
- Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
- Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
- Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
