Job Description

Dial is a compassionate and service-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. As a caregiver and hospitality provider, Dial focuses on creating an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and part of a family. Their team consists of knowledgeable and empathetic professionals who are committed to infusing happiness, dignity, and care into the residents' everyday lives. The establishment operates in a supportive and positive atmosphere where team members can grow, learn, and find fulfillment by contributing to the well-being of older adults.

The current vacancy is for a PRN (pro re nata or as-needed) team member position that operates within a restaurant-like setting, specifically tailored for serving senior residents. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer steady hours and income without the complexities of a tipping environment. The PRN position at Dial offers a favorable schedule with no late nights and occasional work on weekends and holidays, providing flexibility while maintaining consistent work availability. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer service during meal times, helping residents enjoy a comfortable and personalized dining experience.

This role requires caring individuals who are attentive to residents' preferences, capable of efficient service, and willing to create a warm dining atmosphere. The responsibilities include serving meals, assisting residents throughout their dining, setting up and resetting tables, informing residents about the available menu options, and ensuring beverages and water are consistently replenished. The work environment promotes teamwork, respect for confidentiality, and adherence to food handling regulations, with opportunities for personal and professional growth within the caregiving community.

Furthermore, the PRN position comes with substantial perks and benefits designed to support the wellbeing and growth of team members. These include birthday and anniversary paid time off, tuition assistance for educational development, double holiday pay, immediate PTO accrual, referral bonuses, loyalty incentives, and employee recognition programs. Additional benefits include access to discounts through major carriers like Verizon and AT&T, pay advance programs, comprehensive medical insurance including dental and vision coverage, basic term life and AD&D insurance, a 401K retirement plan, and a flexible spending account for dependent care.

Overall, joining Dial as a PRN hospitality team member offers a meaningful career pathway for individuals passionate about serving seniors in a wholesome, respectful, and enjoyable environment while receiving competitive benefits and work-life balance.
