As a reputable provider of supportive living services, Dial focuses on creating a warm and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and cared for like family. Our team members are given the unique opportunity to serve and learn from knowledgeable seniors, enriching both their professional experience and personal growth. At Dial, the emphasis is on bringing happiness and comfort to every resident, ensuring that we add not just years to their lives but life to their years.
The position offered is within a restaurant-like dining environment that is non-tipping, perfect for those seeking consistent hours and reliable income. This role involves serving residents in a way that feels personalized and respectful, helping to create a pleasant dining experience that supports the overall well-being of our community members. Candidates interested in this position will benefit from favorable working hours, with no late-night shifts required, though some flexibility is necessary to accommodate occasional weekends and holidays. This balance allows team members to maintain a healthy work-life integration while providing exceptional service.
Aside from the meaningful work involved, Dial offers a comprehensive package of perks and benefits to support and recognize our employees. Some of the highlights include paid time off starting from day one, birthday and anniversary PTO, tuition assistance, and double pay on holidays. Our referral bonus and loyalty incentive programs further reward dedication and engagement, while free meals during shifts contribute to employee satisfaction. In addition, employees enjoy participation in our employee recognition program, discounts through Verizon and AT&T, a pay advance program, and robust medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug insurance coverage. We also provide basic term life and AD&D insurance, a 401K retirement plan, and a flexible spending account for dependent care.
This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a team-focused environment, enjoy interacting with older adults, and wish to make a positive impact through daily service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, be committed to maintaining confidentiality, and follow all applicable food handling and safety regulations. Serving residents meals, assisting with orders, and keeping the dining area set and clean are key responsibilities, alongside ensuring that residents' preferences and needs are attentively met. From greeting residents by name to maintaining beverage service, this position plays an essential role in the daily life and happiness of our community members. Join Dial and become a vital part of a caring team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
